Hey Sophie, I’m not telling you that you know :) I’m saying that a lot of the time, we don’t know. We don’t know so many things, we don’t know what we want, but there are a few things that we know for certain about ourselves.
It could be as simple as knowing we like to do a certain activity, knowing we’re interested in this or that, knowing we enjoy spending time doing x over y. It’s the things we know, that we should focus on. And by focusing on these, we spend time improving our lives and actually taking action, actually working towards something rather than basking in paralysis.
